In 2004-2005, the Regulatory Reform Programme within BIZPRO USAID project and the Agency for Private Initiative Development established the first permits one-stop-shops in the region.

In 2002, as part of BIZPRO (USAID) project, the Agency for Private Initiative Development established the first in Ukraine Registration One-Stop-Shop in Ivano-Frankivsk.
