Iryna Malynovska

With over 22 years of professional experience as a lawyer, trainer, business consultant specializing in effective communication, and lecturer, including more than 9 years of project work experience. Iryna combines her civic activities with teaching at the university and college level, and she is the author of an educational and methodological guide on public speaking mastery.
Iryna's arsenal includes successful consulting projects on public speaking skills and video presentations for members of the national and local legislatures, established business leaders, and startups. She has also developed three original courses on rhetoric and has over 20 years of experience in public speaking and research on this topic. Iryna has experience in establishing and maintaining contacts with political and media experts, representatives of civil society, and journalists.
She possesses extensive experience working with large audiences, moderating, organizing, and conducting public events of various formats and levels.
Kyrylo Rubanovskyi
Expert in legal issues, practicing lawyer
Recognized legal expert in the field of social policy and social protection. He is a participant in the development of projects under the current Law of Ukraine "On Social Services" dated January 17, 2019, No. 2671-VIII, as well as regulatory legal acts in the field of social services, implementation of social procurement at the expense of budget funds, and social protection of persons with disabilities. Author/co-author of numerous analytical materials, including those regarding compliance with and improvement of legislation in the social sphere, educational manuals, and methodological materials for persons with disabilities, internally displaced persons, and other socially vulnerable categories. With 25 years of experience, he has been leading the Society of Young Disabled "Brotherhood," one of the first civic organizations for persons with disabilities in Ivano-Frankivsk. He has provided expert support for the establishment of administrative service centers in the cities of Kolomyia, Ivano-Frankivsk, and Kalush in the Ivano-Frankivsk region. Additionally, for 23 years, he has represented and defended the interests of citizens as a lawyer.
Mariya Zhukevych

With over 5 years of practical experience in project coordination and management, and over 7 years of experience in communications (including social media) and design. Possesses the necessary knowledge and skills for project management, including team work planning and coordination, report preparation, procurement, contract development and execution, working with beneficiaries, organizing public events, and preparing informational messages. Also, has successful experience in managing subgrants. Since 2019, coordinates the activities of the Creative Women's Startups Accelerator.
