The Agency’s experts provided assistance in business planning to set up a new enterprise on production and distribution of coffee in the city of Ivano-Frankivsk.
Taras Boichuk, a young entrepreneur from Ivano-Frankivsk, and a group of his team-mates, asked the Agency to help with the idea of setting up an economically sustainable enterprise that would not do only the usual distribution, but also production of coffee, when one can manage the whole process of creation of a high-quality product from the moment of selection of raw material to the moment when finished product is received by the end customer.
The Agency’s experts assisted with the assessing of market trends, and then it was decided to focus on food sector, namely, on coffee production, since the business founders aimed not only at making profit but also at developing the coffee culture in Ivano-Frankivsk City and Ukraine as a whole. The combination of pragmatic objectives with a high mission helped to crystallize the idea of Coffee Lab Roasters. The next step was to prepare a business plan with the Agency’s assistance. This equipped the team for a successful launch on November 13, 2015.
The Coffee Lab Roasters manager Taras Boichuk describes his young company as follows:
