11^th European Week of Regions (Open Days) will be held in Brussels (Kingdom of Belgium) from October 7 till October 10, 2013.

This event is the largest annual public event in the European Union dedicated to regional cooperation. Traditionally, the event is attended by 5000 representatives of local governments, scientific community, business community and mass media from all over Europe.

The event will include about 100 different seminars and workshops devoted to such issues as European Cohesion Policy, experience in territorial cooperation and cooperation between regions, development of sectoral interaction and so on. Participants of European Week of Regions will be given the opportunity to demonstrate presentation and exhibition materials on promising ways of cooperation development at regional/city/district level.

Experience of recent years has shown that this event is a good opportunity for establishing cooperation, particularly within the programs and grants of EU Regional Development Fund.

Working language of the event is English.
