State Investment Company informs about the tender on selection of economic entities for granting a public support in order to implement the national projects (their components) according to the list of projects on the strategic areas of socio-economic and cultural development (national projects).

National projects are approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine from December 8, 2010 №1256 which are included in the State register of national projects according to the Regulation on the State register of national projects approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine from September 19, 2011 №999 on terms of co-financing inter alia by giving the credits, loans and investments at the expense of funds contributed to the statutory capital of the State Investment Company.

Public support is provided in the following national projects (their components):

• “LNG Ukraine” – creation of infrastructure to supply a liquefied gas to Ukraine”;
• “Energy of Nature” – construction of wind, solar and small hydropower plants, production of solid alternative fuel”;
• “Quality Water” – providing the population with quality drinking water”;
• “Open world” – creation of information and communication educational network”;
• “Technopolis” – creation of innovation development and high technologies infrastructure”;
• “Olympic Hope - 2022” – creation of sport and tourist infrastructure”.

The tender is carried out according to the Procedure of competitive selection of economic entities involved in organization of events on implementation of national projects (their components) to provide a public support on terms of co-financing inter alia by giving the credits, loans and investments approved by the Decree of State Agency for Investment and National Projects from September 10, 2012 № 174-07.

For participation in the tender allowed only those economic entities that submitted complete and properly formalized set of documents for the participation in the tender, they must meet the qualified criteria of participation in tender; meet the Procedure of using funds provided by the state budget for public support in order to implement the national projects on terms of co-financing approved by the Regulation of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine from September 3, 2011 № 847.

To participate in the tender economic entities shall submit an application on participation in the tender in 2 copies and documents specified by State Investment Company.

Documents for participation in the tender are accepted from September 24, 2012 till September 27, 2012 (from 9 am till 6 pm) at: 04080, Kyiv, O. Terohina str. 4, room 305.
