On September 6, 2012 was adopted the Law of Ukraine “On investment activity stimulation in strategic economic sectors in order to create new workplaces” (hereinafter – the Law), which comes into force on January 1, 2013.

The law determines fundamentals of state policy in the investment field during 2013-2032 to stimulate investment attraction in strategic economic sectors.
