The project aimed to harness the potential of young people and provide young community leaders with skills in smartly managing heritage resources for local development. It also sought to create opportunities for them to implement their own creative initiatives within their communities.

Project outputs and results:

• Training was provided for 20 youth activists, representatives of initiative groups, whose concepts for future projects were selected for further development.
• A training workshop titled «Heritage Interpretation Workshop» was organized and conducted.
• Five small projects involving community residents were supported. Participants of the training received mentoring support in preparing heritage interpretation plans.
• Five heritage interpretation plans were developed with active participation from local development stakeholders.
