The project aim was to promoting the implementation of specific business ideas and startups for women in creative industries in the city of Ivano-Frankivsk by creating an institution (startup accelerator) that will provide training, new skills and connections, and support the realization of women’s business potential.

Project outputs and results:

• An Accelerator for Creative Women Startups was established in Ivano-Frankivsk, administered by the NGO «Agency for Private Initiative Development.»
• The first acceleration program was successfully implemented for 10 participants from the initial cohort.
• Five training sessions were conducted covering business planning, marketing, product design, and business growth. Internships were organized with successful businesswomen in Ukraine, as well as mentorship provided by the Accelerator.
• A final demo day (pitching ideas) was held for the Accelerator, featuring potential business investors, trading networks, mentors, local authorities, and other stakeholders.
