The project anticipated the introduction of e-government elements in the provision of administrative services in Ivano-Frankivsk, improvement of public access to administrative services through a municipal centre for providing administrative services.

Project outputs and results: a study of satisfaction of SMEs and residents of Ivano-Frankivsk with administrative services provided in the community performed. A working group established and 8 meetings held with the aim to prepare technical procedures and provisions. 76 technical procedures and provisions elaborated with the purpose to effectively launch the Ivano-Frankivsk centre of administrative services (CAS), which had been opened in October 2010. The guidance manual ‘Ivano-Frankivsk centre of administrative services. Principles. Mechanisms. Tips’ published and distributed amongst Ivano-Frankivsk CAS clients. 

2 information touch screen kiosks installed with appropriate software providing services for CAS visitors with special needs. A regional level round table event organized for local municipalities’ representatives and the project team with the presentation of the project results and planning the next steps for implementation of e-governance in the city of Ivano-Frankivsk (May 2011, 50 participants).
