Project aimed at the research of Estonian positive practice of the electronic document circulation and improvement of the document circulation system in the field of administrative services of the local government bodies in Ivano-Frankivsk.

Project outputs and results: Familiarization visit of local government and business representatives from Ivano-Frankivsk region to Tallinn (the republic of Estonia) and the following oncoming visit of Estonian partners to Ivano-Frankivsk region organized. The round table event conducted in Ivano-Frankivsk to promote Estonian experience for representatives of local governments, civil society and business sector with the participation of Estonian delegation (2010, 50 participants). The project established a partnership with Foundation ‘е-Governance Academy’ from Estonia to perform further concrete steps for implementation of electronic innovations in municipal sector in Ivano-Frankivsk region.
