The project anticipated development of training programmes for civil society organizations on public lobbying and public diplomacy, as well as strengthen leadership potential of community leaders – representatives of civil society organizations from selected regions through tailored training events.

Project outputs and results: 2 train the trainer sessions have been organized. 2 training modules for further public leaders training in lobbying techniques, public advocacy and diplomacy developed. 4 thematic trainings for NGOs from 4 regions of Ukraine held (over 100 participants). 

The guidebook ‘From agreements - to change’ has been prepared, published and disseminated. the guidebook contained the description of diplomacy and lobbying techniques as well as review on best practices concerning implementation of civic initiatives by project participating organizations – (8 of them were approbated in the course of project implementation).
