The project purpose was to monitor the level of corruption in higher education institutions and organization of training on anti-corruption for students from Ivano-Frankivsk, Transcarpathian, Ternopil and Chernivtsi regions.
Project outputs and results: Within the project the Agency conducted research of level of corruption at high education institutions from four regions, which was presented to the leading high education intuitions in each region. 4 week schools were organized for students in each regional centre; the open debates between students from the high education institutions from 4 regions were conducted in Ivano-Frankivsk. The event has networked students from all four regions around the problem of corruption in Ukraine and search for solutions to combat it. The special publication of ‘Student handbook on legal Issues’ was prepared, published and disseminated, it contained review of legislation in education sector and instruments to combat corruption for an average student.
