The project has been implemented in the frames of national programme ‘Technical Support to the State Committee of Ukraine for Regulatory Policy and Entrepreneurship’ and was directed to improve business climate in the region, to support the development and introduction of clear and transparent procedures regulating entrepreneurial activity in various spheres.

Project outputs and results: the research of impediments and barriers for business activity; public events for discussion of draft regulations and monitoring of their impacts (17 roundtables and workshops has been held with the participation of over 200 businesses); 3 conferences organized on the subject of public participation in local decision-making process; the analysis and expertise of 10 existing regulations held; 5 regulations governing business activities developed and implemented; advertising campaign in the media conducted.
