On July 30, 2012 in the first reading was approved a draft Law of Ukraine “On encouragement of investment activity in the strategic economy sectors in order to create new work places”.

The Law defines the basis of state policy in the investment field during the years 2013-2032 regarding encouragement of investment attractions in the strategic economy sectors.
